Interested in our item? Please follow below instruction :

1. Every item is included with a product code. Please write down the product code for which item you want to buy.

2. Email us at yujin.collections@gmail.com to ask for availability or reservation with below details :

- product code
- how many units u want to buy.

** Reservation only applicable if there is no other demand for the same product/item.

3. You will get confirmation email from us within 24 hours, if the item is available, then we'll give you the final price of the item including postage and you can proceed to make a payment to any of these account :

4. Once you have done with payment, please email to us once again in the same email you ask for availability and provide us with below details :

- units to buy

5. Once we have confirmed the payment, we'll ship out your item and will provide the tracking number (except for normal postage).

6. Once item arrived, please inform us once again using the same email to notice us that the item is succesfully arrived. If you have any comment/problems, do inform us in email.
